Circle of Security Parenting Group Program

The Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) group program is a relationship-based parenting program that supports parents and caregivers to better understand their child's emotional needs and build stronger, more secure relationships.

This program is delivered over 8 weekly sessions where parents meet with other parents to explore practical tools and insights, supporting a deeper understanding of your child's emotional world and helping you navigate parenting challenges with more confidence.

The COS-P program is grounded in decades of research on child–parent attachment and child development. Each session offers the chance for parents to share and reflect on your parenting journey and learn new approaches to support your child.

Delivered online or in person. See Fees & Rebates for program cost.

Medicare rebate or NDIS funding may be applicable. Partners are encouraged to attend at no extra cost.

Supervision

I am a board-approved clinical supervisor. I offer clinical supervision to psychologists with a supportive, collaborative and reflective approach where learning and professional growth is encouraged. I believe that supervision is most valuable when it is built on a strong supervisory relationship, one that provides a safe space to explore clinical work, celebrate strengths and thoughtfully navigate challenges.

My supervision is grounded in a relational approach with a focus on reflective practice and professional reflexivity. Together, we explore the therapeutic relationship, clinical decision-making and the unique experiences that both the psychologist and client bring to therapy. My aim is to support psychologists in developing confidence, curiosity and authenticity in their clinical work.

I work with psychologists at different stages of their careers, supporting them to meet their competencies while strengthening their skills in evidence-based therapies, psychological assessment, diagnosis and clinical formulation. Supervision is tailored to your individual learning goals, helping you build practical skills and deepen your clinical understanding.

I can offer primary supervision to fully registered clinicians and to psychologists enrolled in the Clinical Psychology registrar program. Supervision can be offered face-to-face or via telehealth.
