Fees & Rebates

Individual Therapy & Parenting Support

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can claim a rebate of $149.05 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, for an out-of-pocket cost (with rebate) of $120.95.

Private health insurance rebates may be available if you have private health insurance. Please contact your insurer directly regarding rebates for clinical psychology sessions.

I am committed to making services inclusive and accessible, and have set my fees below the APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees for 2026–2027, which recommended a consultation fee of $340 per session.

Circle of Security Group Program

I deliver the COS-P program online or in person. Partners are encouraged to attend at no extra cost. Medicare rebate or NDIS funding may be applicable.

Psychological Assessments

I offer cognitive assessments, educational assessments, and neurodevelopmental assessments. The fees for an assessment vary depending on the type of assessment and the complexity of the presenting issues.

When a child or adolescent is referred by a paediatrician or psychiatrist for an assessment of a complex neurodevelopmental disorder, you can access a rebate for some assessments.

For adult assessments, Medicare rebates or NDIS funding may apply.

Fees for Documents or Consultations

In addition to scheduled appointments, I charge the hourly rate for other professional services that you may require such as report writing, supporting letters, telephone consultations (longer than 15 minutes), attendance at meetings or other consultations that you may request.

Letters of support can be provided after I have seen the client for at least two sessions. I require advance notice to write supporting documents, as I will need to schedule time to finalise documents.

Please note the Australian Psychological Society recommends a standard rate of $340 (plus GST) per hour for documents.

Unfortunately, I do not provide court reports.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances change and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible. Advance notice of cancellation allows me time to offer the session to someone else on the cancellation or waiting list.

In the absence of exceptional circumstances, if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment you will still need to pay for the session as a cancellation fee. Please note that the cancellation fee is not claimable under Medicare.

Unfortunately, repeated cancellations (e.g. three or more) may result in termination of services.

Missed Session Policy

In the absence of exceptional circumstances, if you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, you will still need to pay the full session fee.

A session is classified as missed if you have not arrived in person or joined online within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. If you know in advance that you will be running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals shorten our session time.
